Research On Construction Of Real Estate Supply Chain Finance Platform Based On Block Chain

After years of rapid growth,the real estate industry occupies a large proportion in China’s national economy and plays an important role in economic development.However,with the intensive introduction of government regulation and control policies as well as the changes in the economic situation,the growth rate of the real estate industry has gradually slowed down,and the profits of various real estate enterprises have gradually tightened.The upstream and downstream enterprises of the real estate supply chain face great financial pressure and the financing difficulties of a large number of small and medium-sized suppliers,development companies and property service companies in the supply chain are still high.At present,the real estate supply chain finance mainly has three modes: commercial bank leading,real estate enterprise leading and logistics enterprise leading.However,under these three modes,the relatively weak enterprises in the real estate supply chain will have relatively high financing thresholds and difficulties due to information asymmetry,resulting in imbalances in the supply and demand of funds.Blockchain technology has the characteristics of decentralization,de-trust,security,transparency,etc.Blockchain technology can reduce the degree of centralization in real estate supply chain finance.The fund provider provides credit support and other financial support for the credit level of the entire supply chain,and promotes the rational allocation of capital elements at the supply chain level.According to the current business characteristics of real estate supply chain finance,this paper builds a real estate supply chain financial platform with the business model of credit financing.The platform mainly provides service for supply chain companies with financing needs and it also meets the information requirements of financial institutions and relevant regulatory agencies.The platform adopts the framework of the alliance chain and allocates financing degree in the form of credittokens.At present,the application environment of blockchain supply chain finance is still relatively immature.The platform still uses core real estate enterprise as the super core of the blockchain node and the credit guarantor.The platform is a real estate supply chain financing service system which is not completely decentralized.This paper aims to build a real estate supply chain financial platform based on blockchain for the existing real estate supply chain process.First,this paper will carry out necessary analysis,feasibility analysis,and demand analysis.Second,the overall architecture of the platform,as well as the various levels of design,which mainly involves the use of blockchain technology and software engineering ideas,will be described.Third,there will be research on the application of the platform,problems analysis that may occur during the use of the platform,suggestions proposition,and overall summary.
