The Design And Application Of New Functions Of Economic Security Information Systems

Our corporation has upgraded the management information system of economicdefending in recent years, but as time goes by, some weaknesses in the original designprocess of the new system emerged through the practical application, which, urgentneeds further improvement by upgrading.In the process of upgrading the new system, we use database technology toachieve a data migration from the old to the new database through SQL Server2008(meanwhile, we both use this technology to transport data in associateorganizations’ office system to the new system). Nevertheless, we realize a dailyautomatic update, not only save manpower, but also realize resource sharing.Adding alarm information receiving and statistical functions is one of the needsof users. But to the practical work，for the difference exist in the communicationprotocol, we can hardly integrating alarm information to the superior alarm centre. Wefinally find out the accurate positions of the related information of CID code bycollecting alarm codes and analyzing data, distinguish different meanings of the codes,and unifying alarm code through serial programming.According to the users’ need, new system should enhance login security andanti-repudiation functions while reserving traces of operating. We use PKItechnologies, hardware-based U-key identity, e-commerce and e-signature key toimprove system security. The enhancement also ensure the assessing system to bemore fair, just, open and to prevent secret operations’interference and human factors.We embed OFFICE in many kinds of office systems to retained the importantoriginal file and modify traces which occurred during drafting document, modifying,forwarding, and reading in aspect of further promoting the paperless office. While thesystem management of all documents greatly simplifies file management and querywork, ensuring documents’circulating, and build the interactive approvals’network.The new system achieves the objection，and will undoubtly play an more andmore important role in further ordinary works.
