In this paper, We will researchstart from status and development trend of the datacenter, direct the entire process ofdatacenter construction，and do optimize costs and improve operational efficiency.In this thesis, through reading massive literature, from the current situation of thebasic characteristics and new enterprise data center infrastructure, deeply analysis ofthe objectives, principles and main contents of the planning and management ofenterprise data center infrastructure, combing the data center planning process, tocomplete the planning and design of data center infrastructure construction.Particularly in the construction investment and the use efficiency; usability andflexibility; capacity requirements and the extension, these four aspects to achieve thebalance of energy saving. Finally, through analysis of the actual case of an enterprise,do explain and verify the content of this thesis analysis.This thesis can be more to guide the people to plan and design data center, andare able to adapt to the business development, and can create a new mode of operation,and to optimize cost, improve operation efficiency. At the same time, from thepractical point of view reliability, availability, the ability of sustainable energyconsumption and cost reduction of data center also can get very good improvement.
