Research On Visual Management Of Workshop Staff Efficiency Based On RFID Technology

With the coming of the demographic dividend a turning point and rising laborcosts, many companies choose to develop the automation to replace human, butalways some traditional jobs can’t without manual operation. For OEE management,the real-time production data can record directly from the equipment, it is easy tomanage manufacturing with many equipment. So how to effectively quantificationmanage for workshop staff has become the focus of many manufacturing enterprises.Manufacturing workshop, this paper is about to quantitatively evaluate theefficiency of personnel management problems, taking an enterprise as an example,introduces the RFID technology, achieve Overall Personnel Effectiveness (OPE)visual management. Chapter1, this paper mainly introduces the research background,the subject is put forward to solve the problem and overall architecture of the paper.Chapter2mainly to this article involves the OEE, OPE concept and calculationmethod, analysis method. Third chapter mainly introduces the RFID technology,compares the advantages and disadvantages of RFID technology and other automaticidentification technology, RFID technology is put forward combined with analyticOPE is applied to the idea of the production workshop.This paper expounds thecurrent visualization technology researching status for below implements theworkshop staff efficiency of visual management. To M workshop management, thefourth chapter mainly analyzes the present situation and the existing problems, putsforward the problems points illustrate the necessity of the implementation efficiencyof workshop personnel management.Chapter5first overall OPE evaluation systemsetup, and then analyze the various support module of the system, establish OPEvisualization system, OPE analysis method is applied to analyze influence theefficiency of the personnel loss of time, and sums up the problems in the process ofapplication.In this paper, the research not only provides the workshop of the underlying datacollection as a whole process, and apply these underlying data for the enterprise toworkshop personnel efficiency evaluation is established to quantitatively controlsystem, can make the enterprise to scientific and fair evaluation of staff, at the sametime support the rapid decision-making.
