In most case,it is tough for enterprise to get continuous benefit on manufacturing cost and lead time during just-in-time(JIT)theory implementation.For this reason,the effectiveness of JIT is doubtable.However,Made in China 2025 strategy enact the orientation of industry: both informatization and industrialization should be deeply integrated for the improvement of entire manufacturing industry,which trigger further application of JIT theory in companies.Also facilitate manufacturing informatization into reality.Based on problems analysis of current JIT application,a smart just-in-time system is designed in this thesis,which be verified it has practical significance.This thesis starts from the background investigation and significance analysis about this subject,and then the latest development and application of JIT theory,LCD and RFID technologies are analyzed in the article.Secondly,based on the analysis of necessity,demand analysis and key technologies study of JIT system,a detail method of stabilizing the improvement performance of manufacturing cost and lead time have been designed by setting up smart work order,smart KANBAN and finally forming a smart JIT system.To use for strengthening sustainability of both manufacturing cost and lead time performance.Finally,the improving result has been verified by software simulation and value stream map assessment.As the result,the variation of line balance rate can be reduced to 4.08%,also the lead time can be cut down 2/3,which indicate S-JIT system can effectively improve the variation of labor cost and lead time,meanwhile,it also provide a solution for other companies on variation management of labor cost and lead time.
