Coal is a traditional energy in our Country, it is closely related to the National Development and People’s living.With the development of coal industry, a large number of people engaged into the Coal Resource Exploitation and because of which the security problem becomes the most important point. Gradually the avoiding calamity and evacuation of the mining operators reflect it’s significance. In this paper, we studied and implemented the avoiding calamity and evacuation technology which is visualization for mining operators, based on RFID Personnel Orientation method, GIS and Optimal path Algorithm technology.The thesis mainly includes:1) Briefly introduced the basic structure and working principle of the RFID system, including hardware design and PC software implementation. Designed the Personnel Orientation method in Roadway and working face along with the route tracking and replay based on the details of the down hole.2)Introduced the product characteristics of ArcGIS which is the software for Geographic Information System, Putting up software development platform based on ArcGIS Server,and published under coal mine map service. Dynamically display the mining operators’position information on the map which gets from RFID system.3) Classical Optimal Path Algorithm was studied in detail, and was combined with practical application in mine. We designed an optimal path algorithm based on RFID Personnel Orientation technology.4) Introduced a whole set of software and hardware system, which gather in many technology together, such as RFID Personnel Orientation, route tracking and replay, Two-dimensional and Three-dimensional map show, optimal path algorithm display and so on. The function and Implementation Method of the system module and the database is described in detail.At last summarized the research work and conclusion of the subject, proposed the respects for improvement in the next step, and forecasted the work needs to be done the next step.
