In the wireless communication system, the antenna is a kind of the energy conversiondevicebetween the electrical signal and electromagnetic wave, and it is widely used invarious wireless communication applications. All communication systems which utilizeelectromagnetic wave transfering information, as well known cellular mobile communicationsystem, satellite TV, radar, radio telescope and so on, must all send and receive signals byusing antenna, so a good antenna design is the key to guarantee the working performance ofthe wireless communication system.Now with the rapid development of LTE(4G) mobile communication technology, andstill in the large-scale use of2G,3G network, more because of the demanding requirementsof users for mobile communication, for example high speed, multi-band and multi-functionand so on, these requirements drive mobile phone antenna to the direction development ofminiaturization, multi-band and wide bandwidth. This paper focuses on the miniaturization,multi band and broadband technology of the mobile phone LTE antenna, researchs theinfluence of medium materials, slot line, minor, feeding way and parasitic elements on thesize, bandwidth and frequency of the antenna, and makes them apply to the mobile phoneantenna design. Based on the above researches, this paper designs three miniaturized mobilephone antennas that their performance is very good, covering LTE700, GSM850, GSM900,DCS1800, PCS1900, UMTS2300, and LTE2500eight mobile communication standardfrequency:Firstly, by using high dielectric constant materials, the technology of multi-microstripand coupled feed way, the paper designs a miniaturizated planar mobile phone antennaworked at694~1030MHz and1580~2740MHz two bands, the occupied space of theantenan is only50mm×15mm×1mm, because the height is only1mm, the designs can beeffectively used in the present ultra thin intelligent mobile phone.Secondly, based on the above technology and increasing the dielectric support, the paperdesigns a miniaturizated non-planar mobile phone antenna worked at698~1100MHz and1570~2910MHz two bands, the occupied space of the antenan is only40mm×12.5mm×5mm,because the plane size of the antennas is smaller, and it can be applied in the mobile terminalwhich requires an antenan of smaller size.Thirdly, further combining with parasitic elements technology, the paper designs aminiaturizated non-planar mobile phone antenna covering690~1050MHz and1690~2790MHz two bands, the occupied space of the antenna is only33mm×11mm×5mm withoutusing any lumped elements, and can reduce the occupied mobile phone space of the antennagreatly, so it is suitable for mobile termina which is more stringent for size.
