With the rapid development of mobile communication technology,mobile phones play a more and more important role in human life,and now users' requirements for mobile phones are gradually improving,such as performance and appearance.Mobile phone antenna is an indispensable part of mobile phone communication.Mobile phone users not only hope that the mobile phone can meet as many communication frequency bands as possible,but also hope that the volume of its mobile phone can be made smaller.People hope that the functions of mobile terminals are diversified,and that mobile phones can meet the demand of large screen share,which makes the space that researchers can use to design antennas on the main board of mobile phones become smaller and smaller.Therefore,the research and design of a miniaturized and multi-band mobile antenna has become a new challenge.In addition,due to the rise of miniaturized and multifunctional mobile devices this year,people's requirements for wireless network access service performance are gradually improved.Aiming at typical application scenarios,a multi beam array antenna applied to wireless access point device is designed.In this paper,multi band mobile phone antenna and multi beam array antenna are studied,and two kinds of antennas for different fields are designed.The main contents of this paper include:Firstly,a planar mobile phone antenna for WWAN / LTE communication standard is designed by using the combination of e-monopole and inverted F antennas and loading the lumped elements.The antenna is miniaturized,low profile and simple in structure.It can cover eight frequency bands of WWAN / LTE.By adjusting the E-shaped monopole antenna to control the resonance of high frequency(lte2300 / 2500),and the inverted F antenna to control the resonance of intermediate frequency(DCS1800 / pcs1900 and umts2100),the two antennas are combined and loaded with inductors and capacitors respectively at the short-circuit branch and feed of the antenna to achieve the coverage of low frequency(lte700 / gsm850 / 900).The size of the antenna part of this design is only 53.1mm × 15 mm.The reflection coefficient of the antenna measured by the processing object is below-6d B,covering the whole WWAN /LTE frequency band.The measured gain is about 0.5dbi at the low frequency,between 1.2dbi and 1.9dbi at the high frequency.The radiation efficiency of the antenna is all within Morethan 52%,the experimental results are in good agreement with the simulation results,and each performance meets the communication requirements of the mobile phone antenna.Secondly,a four beam array antenna applied to wireless access point equipment is designed.The working frequency band of the antenna is 2.45 GHz.The whole system has 16 transmitting antenna units and 5 receiving antenna units.It can generate four directional beams at the same time and arrange them in an axisymmetric manner,so as to achieve the function of beam coverage in three-dimensional space.In the feeding part,the feeding network is used to provide the appropriate excitation distribution for the transmitting antenna.According to the simulation of the antenna and the result of the experiment,the design of the antenna is suitable for the application of wireless multi access point.
