China’s property insurance, auto insurance is to insure awareness of one of the strongest insurance. But in auto insurance claims handling process, the task scheduling and monitoring of dangerous condition is not perfect, mostly by telephone, text messaging for communication, task scheduling depends more on the experience of zoning rules and judgments. So the insurance company needed a solution to achieve set loss moves the claims business management, to ensure that claims personnel to the scene to start in the first survey, and real-time information and be sent back to filing the record loss of information, thereby improving efficiency and customer satisfaction, and enhance their competitiveness.The system is in property insurance for the XX Limited personnel positioning, scheduling, on-site survey of business operations and other management needs, based on the design, with a stable and convenient mobile terminal, the communication network through real-time on-site survey of staff orientation, task issued, photo applications such as target site, providing the overall mobile data acquisition solutions and services, thus strengthening the monitoring and management of survey personnel, command and scheduling work to better complete the claim.In this paper, a brief introduction on the project background, the various wireless positioning techniques were compared and analyzed the advantages and disadvantages, and ultimately select the network based on CDMA technology GPSONE wireless location positioning technology of this system. Then the project needs analysis, functional analysis of the project, non-functional requirements and project requirements, in this system on the basis of overall design, describes the hierarchical structure of the system, network topology and hardware configuration. Then, this paper introduces mobile site survey system technology, and analyzed the system architecture and function modules, proposed to be advanced and workable implementation plan, and carry out the whole process through the testing system to solve problems arising in the test and According to statistical analysis of project evaluation, site survey confirmed that the phone system can significantly improve mapping efficiency and management level. Finally, the article summarizes the project and proposed to extend the system to other insurance companies as well as other field operations demand outlook for the industry.
