Construction And Implementation Of Black Tea Trace Mode Based On2D Code

Based on the trace mode for tea quality and safety (QS), the different needs of users at all levels were investigated, and the bidirectional trace mode was proposed. Second, according to the produce actual situation and needs of the business of Hunan black tea, we confirmed the goal of tea product traceability system. Research the whole process of black tea life which directs the functional requirements, use the bidirectional trace model and2D code method which we designed and developed the traceability system.The system consists of black tea planting management, processing and production management, anti-counterfeiting and trace query, basic information management, data statistics and decision and user management which involves the key activities in planting, picking, production, transportation, sales and trace. On the forward trace process, we use Hash function which encrypting the identification number, combine the method of2D code to achieve that can solve the problems in black tea sales of anti-counterfeiting and trace. On the back trace process, we use the data statistics and analysis conclusions provided to the final decision for production and sales.
