With the rapid development of market-oriented economy,market competition is becoming increasingly fierce.Thus,some lawbreakers,driven by economic interests,constantly produce and sell counterfeit and shoddy products,which has caused unceasing accidents arising from the disqualification of counterfeits in food,medicine and other industries;by using the approach of fleeing goods,some illegal distributors sell products beyond agreed sales area covered by themselves to gain profit from the price difference.Therefore,counterfeits and fleeing goods are continually flooding the market,which has not only done great harm to the enterprises' brand image and economic benefit,but also greatly threaten the safety for consumers' lives and property.In addition,the product life circle includes links like production,packaging,warehousing,sales and so on.Thus,supervision over the quality and safety of the product is also an intractable problem.In order to solve these difficulties,both enterprises and consumers are keen to establish a system of traceability management,by which the acquisition and storage of the product's relevant data and information coming out of the entire process from being produced to being consumed is guaranteed.Through tracking the products,on one hand,counterfeit and shoddy products as well as fleeing goods can be timely found out and dealt with so as to protect the prestige of the enterprises against being damaged as well as the legitimate rights and interests of consumers against being infringed;on the other hand,the system helps enterprises to ensure as well as take management and control over the product's quality and safety,and quickly find out the source of the problem and deal with it in time if there is quality defects.Based on this,a set of traceability management system is designed,in which,by adopting bar code technology and Internet technology to endow the product with bar code and ensure that one product is with one unique code,the product with the information generated from the whole process including production and processing,warehouse logistics and consumption is bound to the bar code,and stored in the database through Internet technology.Finally,the product traceability is realized through scanning the Quick Response Code by scanning equipments.In this thesis,the whole system is divided into two subsystems: one is the production-terminal system,which is based on.NET Framework,with the main function of collecting product's information during the process of production and packaging,including the production task making,the creation of bar codes' correlation and so on;another is the serviceterminal system,which is based on Bootstrap front-end framework and SSM back-end framework,with the main function of performing management and statistic analysis on the products' information on production,storage and so on.The service-terminal system also generates the web address for scanning the Quick Response Code in order to achieve the anti-counterfeiting check,traceability check and early warning of fleeing goods.At present,the system has already been applied to and worked well in the industries including pesticide,seed,veterinary medicine,architectual material and so on,which has been widely recognized among the enterprises.
