The modern alcohol industry is a high-profit industry.The manufacture and sale of counterfeit products in the alcohol industry frequently occurs,which has a serious impact on the interests of alcohol supply chain members and the health of consumers.In order to build a new type of wine supply chain credit system and eliminate counterfeit and inferior products from the root,this dissertation studies the wine anti-counterfeiting traceability system based on blockchain and RFID technology for realizing the immutability and traceability of anti-counterfeiting information.Aiming at the problems of low security and poor privacy in alcohol anti-counterfeiting using single RFID technology,this system uses advanced blockchain technology to synchronously store alcohol anti-counterfeiting information in RFID tags,ensuring that the information on the chain cannot be tampered with.And utilize hash algorithm to encrypt the information,improving its privacy on the chain.Attaching a timestamp to record the time when the information is on the chain to achieve the traceability of the anti-counterfeiting information.Through the analysis of the needs of the members of the alcohol supply chain,we determine to combine the lower computer(RFID tag + RFID reader)and the upper computer(blockchain + Web),as the system architecture.The specific research contents mainly include:Firstly,design the RFID reader.Using low-cost,high-performance STM32F103RBT6 embedded chip,high sensitivity and long recognition distance Impinj R2000 radio frequency chip constitutes the reader hardware,which has the advantages of good compatibility and low power consumption.We choose Keil MDK-ARM software to realize the function of reading and writing RFID tags by RFID readers.Moreover,modifying the DSFA anti-collision algorithm of RFID tags,and verify the high throughput rate of the algorithm when multiple tags are used by simulation experiments.Secondly,by discussing the underlying technology of the blockchain,the principle that the anti-counterfeiting information uploaded to the blockchain cannot be tampered with is determined.Building a business alliance chain based on the Ethereum platform,using the Solidity language to develop a smart contract program,and testing through Ganache +Meta Mask to prove that the system can call the smart contract to achieve the chain function of RFID tag information.Then,establish a software development plan based on Web for the upper computer with MySQL+Node.js+Html5+CSS+Java Script.And exploit the Web backend as the core to realize the interaction between the system and the user,which was convenient for users such as manufacturers,distributors and retailers.The wine anti-counterfeiting traceability system can perform various operations such as login,anti-counterfeiting information entry and reading,information uploading to the blockchain,and real-time verification.Finally,through the module test and the anti-counterfeiting information tampering experiments,it shows that each components of the system can work normally.The whole system has the ability to guarantee the authenticity of wine anti-counterfeiting traceability information and enhance the credibility of alcohol products.
