Design And Implementation Of Purchasing And Distribution System For Supermarket Fresh Food

In In recent years,major supermarkets have used raw paper documents to purchase and distribute fresh foods.As a result,there has been an increase in the cost of human and financial resources for the purchase of fresh foods and the allocation of goods.And it has been faced with ever-rising error rates and difficulties in food safety.At present,the establishment of electronic Purchase-Distribution processes,and a traceability system that can effectively control the costs and error rates,and food safety traceability systems has a strong practical significance.In order to meet the supermarket's cost control and traceability requirements for fresh foods,this paper designed and implemented a supermarket fresh food Purchasing-Distribution system based on the J2EE and Android to ensure the fresh food from the procurement source to the sales process.The main research contents of the procurement,distribution,online traceability and real-time query management are as follows:1.This system includes two parts:Web Server and Android Client.The Web Server includes five functional modules including Basic Information Maintenance,Product Information Maintenance,Equipment Management,Business Document Management,and Traceability Information Management.The Android Client includes three functional modules such as Purchase Orders,Inspection Orders,and Settings.2.Based on the waterfall development model,this article describes the business requirements,functional requirements and non-functional requirements of the system in detail.And the overall framework design,functional design,database design and security design of the system are all given.Finally,the system's functional interface,core source code,and functional test and performance test results are described.The promotion and implementation of this system can reduce the manpower and material resources invested by supermarkets in fresh food procurement and distribution,and reduce the error rate in the procurement and distribution process,also meet the consumers' needs for food source tracing and inquiry.To lay the data foundation for realizing the long-term mechanism of food quality and safety management,clarifying the responsibility for food safety supervision.
