Designing And Implementation Of The Online Taxing Hall Based On ASP.NET

With the rapid development of computer and internet technology, a variety of softwaresystems based on computer and network gradually get into people’s daily life and work.Online taxing service hall is such a kind of e-government system based on the computer andinternet technology. Through using online taxing service hall, the taxpayers can pay taxes atanywhere or anytime wherever they can access the network. At the same time, the system alsogreatly reduces the tax staffs workload, and realizes the taxing openly and transparently, andimproves the government’s credibility.The existing taxing system realizes the basic functions of the traditional taxing business,but after the taxpayers paid taxes, the system can only provide the electronic invoices for theusers, the users often need to go to the tax hall when they need the paper bills. At the sametime, the users have to submit tax certificates to the tax hall after they paid taxes. Theseundoubtedly give great deal of troubles to the taxpayers and the tax staffs. The other is due tothe current taxing system’s development of a long time, the development technology isrelatively old, so the system is lower efficiency. In addition to, a more serious problem is thenetwork security. If the system was under illegal intrusion, it may cause the user informationleak, or cause heavily damage to the property of the nation and the people. At last, the existingtaxing system’s business scope is not wide enough, covering fields are relatively narrow.When users do different taxing business they need to enter different taxing systems, whichbrings a lot of inconvenience to users and the management department.In this paper, the existing taxing service system of Tong Hua was studied, an onlinetaxing service system in a real sense was designed and implemented based on ASP.NET. Inaddition to the basic taxing functions, the system also has tax calculating, taxing booking,real-time querying, electronic invoices printing, service business process querying, usersviews feedback, policy announcing and querying etc. The system can provide online servicesfor the users at24hours a day, facilitate the users greatly. The system can provide transparentservice query for users, including all aspects of the progress of the business links; The systemdoes not need to print tax related materials, which reduces the management cost; The system simplifies business process and reduces taxing staffs’ workload, which improves business’sefficiency.This system is developed based on ASP.NET and JQuery technology. The developmentof front page uses DIV and CSS, combined with the latest HTML5technology, which createsa friendly interface. Database using ADO.net, using Ajax data asynchronous transmissiontechnology, improves business process efficiently.Tong Hua online taxing system has been launched for a period of time. During testing,users gave a better feedback, some minor problems were also found in the system and werefixed. In a word, the system can provide great convenience for the users and reduce thecomplexity and workload of the taxing staffs.
