With the rapid development of information technology, more and more professional works are dealt with computer and Internet. As an important part of E-Government, the construction of Online Tax Service Hall promotes the process of tax informatization. However, network security protection is an integral element of informatization process. Traditional safety protection is based on security gateway, but it can't keep away potential and disguised attacks. So it becomes an important problem that how to accurately identify the current and potential security risk and implement impersonal and effective security risk assessment in the Online Tax Service Hall system, thus we can make scientific and rational decisions.At the beginning, a network security risk assessment model based on attack graph is proposed in this paper. Multi-Agents are adopted to search possible attack paths and generate attack graph synergistically. Then the network security risk assessment model based on attack graph is applied to the Online Tax Service Hall system which has been used in the author's unit. We use the components on the hosts of network as the basic nodes to solve the state explosion problem. At last, the associated application services are performed and validated based on the JADE platform to access the security risk of the system.
