Office automation (OA) is one of the important symbol in the information society, it use the modern equipment and technology, in whole or in part to replace the office staff, so as to realize the processing of office and the information of office efficiently.I practice in Lenovo Company, Lenovo is the world’s largest personal PC (Personal Computer) manufacturer, is a highly innovative international company. And the internet business certification department where I was joined is a newly formed and will operate independently. Taking into account the operation of office after independence, so it need to design a set of internal cooperative office automation system belong to the department.I have the honor to participate in the company’s project that internal collaborative office automation based on the SharePoint2013.The main contents of this system includes portal page, own table, report center, conference management, training management, search center, management center, forums, attendance management, entertainment, such as a few parts. Among them, meeting management, training management, entertainment department, forum and attendance management were designed and implementatied by me. The specific work is as follow:(1) The end user of the system are all employees of the company, only to meet all the needs of employees is the perfect system, so by using the knowledge of software engineering, to discuss, analysis with department members, and proposed the system functional and non functional requirements, the division of the function modules of the system, and to determine the operation process of the whole system.(2) The five modules (attendance management module, the meeting room management module, training management module, entertainment and forum) thatI participate in the development were specific functional decomposition, while the design the database table.(3) Coding the meeting management, training management, entertainment, forum, attendance management module code.(4) For the modules I participate in, using the black box testing method to test them.The system has been completed and put into use, during the operation, everything is normal, having no big problem. The basic functions have met the needs of the company, with the advanced and practical, realizing the existing business needs, more in line with the company’s project management, and also improving the work efficiency and further enhance the management skills.
