Than ever, network and information in today’s society, popularize degree deepened,accompanied people’s material life level has been greatly enhance. With the rapiddevelopment of electronic commerce, logistics and distribution of its dependent hasencountered many obstacles. Undeniable, logistics and distribution problems directly relatesand restricts the development of electronic commerce. Analysis from this perspective, theresearch is imperative to logistics and distribution. With the application of modern logisticsand service of network information technology, combined with the logistics network andlogistics virtual network is becoming more perfect and merging gradually perfect, the virtuallogistics enterprise will provide integrated logistics services, which has become the new trendof the current logistics development. Based on this, with the help of the advancedinformation technology, to construct a new logistics operation mode. According to the cloudcomputing concepts, constructing computation and data storage and processing of both thee-commerce virtual enterprise logistics integrated cloud computing platform, the platform iscomposed of "virtual enterprises gathered in electronic commerce" and "logistics enterprises"two clouds provide information distribution of supply and demand, in order to form a virtualpool of resources effectively. Specifically, the model can also take into account the datacalculation, data storage and data processing platform, usually need to relevant informationthrough two different cloud distribution, they are classified as "e-commerce virtual enterprisesgathered in" and "logistics enterprises, to form a virtual pool of resources on the basis of. The research purposes, in order to be able toproperly solve the specific problems of the current logistics enterprises. First of all, from theprinciple of symbiosis between electronic commerce and logistics distribution analysis,discuss for detail of logistics cloud e-commerce platform for virtual enterprise. Secondly,the platform construction process, the inevitable need to use the current advanced some newtechnologies, such as Web Service, NET platform and database design and so on, so it wouldbe introduced key technology. Again, a detailed analysis of the system requirements, and theformation for the related use case diagram, based on this, the construction of the overallsystem architecture using the key technology and modular design according to differentapplications, at the same time, wherein the relevant attributes are clear.Determine the platformarchitecture using three layers framework structure clear, easy to be extended follow-upmaintenance function module dividing, database entity attributes determined; detail design onthe basis of this, the key algorithm description relates to the implementation of modules, datastructure; then gives the realization module function of the original code, the flow chart andinterface screenshots. Finally, in the premise of the overall architecture, detailed design, anddesign to achieve different sub module application function code, flow chart and section map. To ensure that the system is practical and operable, should also carry on the system test bydifferent testing methods.
