It is an information age in the 21st century and the electronic commerce will become a development tendency of commercial activity in the information age. Electronic commerce has provided a brand-new commercial model for the human being as one brand-new commercial operation way and will impetus the development of the world economy. In our country, electronic commerce has broad development space and giant market potential. However, as a developing nation in electronic commerce it also has some problems while high speed developing. But logistics is a "bottleneck" issue that restricts the electronic commerce development directly in our country. Especially, the third party logistics enterprise in our country has commonly some problems which include small scale, infrastructure construction difference, low control level, and so on. It has no way to satisfy demand of electronic commerce to logistics. In order to resolve this problem, it is a good choice for the third party logistics enterprise in our country to compose logistics alliance to satisfy electronic commerce to logistics.Firstly, this paper suggests that the third party logistics in our country has becomes the "bottleneck" in our country electronic commerce development according to deeply studying the current situation of development of electronic commerce and the third party logistics in our country, and bringing out a resolving scheme for resolving the problem appearing in developing the electronic commerce, reaching the third party logistics alliance system platform building based on electronic commerce. Then, this paper analyzes and discusses the feasibility of building the third party logistics alliance system platform based on the electronic commerce theory and case study. Finally, every function module basis is formulated in analyzing the system platform, to ensure that system platform regularity works.
