The business scale of modern enterprises, economic activity is relatively complex, andthe budget management system in different enterprises has different systemarchitectures. How to use the existing in these systems efficiently plan budget, has become aproblem in the budget management of chain enterprises. In the information age, a variety ofcommercial systems became popular, enterprises begin to use information technology to themanagement of the budget. But an important problem in computer technology is not flexibleenough, the system compatibility is not good, often based on different operating system,transplant the software more complex. In the combined enterprise, budget managementsystem is used, difference between the subsidiary companies and headquarters, this problem iscaused by the budget management system, the data of all the difficultto unified management. For the existing data, to give up is a kind of waste of resources, cannot play the value, and to produce data, it is difficult to unify management. In order to solvethis problem, this paper conducts the research, and the design and implementation of thecomprehensive budget management system of chain enterprises.In this paper, the dimension of business intelligence projects in a wide range ofapplications based on the idea of modeling, utilization BOM "BOM" technology, Oracledatabases and software tools such as Strategic Planning, comprehensive design suitable forchain of budget management system. The system includes budget data warehousing,enterprise reporting, financial management, and system security control subsystem four corefunctional subsystems. Among them, the data warehouse subsystem designed primarily globalvariables and application dimensions, standardized data format of the budget, to ensure thatthe science budget data sources. Enterprise report management subsystem design a BOM andsystem interfaces, using a unified form layout and mapping to achieve budget data betweendifferent systems in an effective, accurate passing; financial management subsystem includesintermediate processing step costing, business rules design and data input process control,fixed budget business rules in the system can automatically summarize articulation budgetdata, check the report. System security control subsystem via a batch job control, systembackup and recovery design, data is automatically updated at the same time, ensuring the security of data and systems.Through these four different functions but also with each other subsystems, budget chainmanagement into a unified data platform to address the budget data recorded in the existingbudget management system of subsidiaries, store, modify, share and update, improve theefficiency and budget management science, with also a way for a variety of chain enterpriseson a unified platform budget budget multivariate data analysis and control the budget providesa solution ideas on the analysis process.In the above theoretical basis, the paper still on the physical level to achieve a dataservices layer, application service layer and the client, and the actual system testing,contention for system operation carried out a detailed analysis to achieve in theory andpractice in both the scientific and efficient budget management system.In the case of increasing the merger and reorganization of enterprises andenterprisemanagement system gradually improved under the background, this paper providesa reference and reference sample for the budget management of chain enterprises. The mergedenterprise management, has accumulated vast amounts of market data, to give up the oldmanagement system directly, can not play a great value of the original data, and thedestruction of the integrity of the data. If fully converted to the new system, then the datatransfer between systems is a big problem, if the use of artificial, for mass data, work timerequired will be an astronomical figure, if the use of the program, is in need ofimmediatedevelopment of new process, will encounter many variables at the same time, thedesign of the program, the program development difficult. The system designed in this papertakes into account the existing business data integration and multi level and multi angleanalysis of two aspects of business data, improve budget management of chain enterprise’sbenefit, has higher application value.
