The system uses code written in JAVA language, developed under the framework of SSH, and uses Struts framework in SSH framework to design the control layer, and the business layer functions use Spring framework to manage system, with the persistence layer achieving in Hibernate framework and implementing calls between the system database and secure delivery of data.Handan mining group comprehensive budget system achieves budgeting capabilities, budget execution functions, query and analysis capabilities in budget, budget assessment function and system management functions. Budgeting function which implements the preparation of monthly budget, prepare daily report assessment, preparation of monthly reports assess three basic operations. Preparation of monthly budget feature enables the department budget, fill out the relevant data, set the state budget table, sealed budget sheet and audit budget tables five basic operating, etc.; Prepare daily report assessment has the same functions with the reporting month assessment, which including selective Day (monthly) report name, choose the date of preparation, entry the actual data and execution cumulative functions and many other operations. Budget execution control implements requisitioned supplies, system repair fee plan, the settlement system repair costs, attendance records and audit documents. Budget assessment achieves a monthly assessment, daily assessment, team accounting, payroll assessment, cost assessment and other five basic functions.
