At present, globally the world is moving forward into Fourth GenerationsIndustrial revolutions. In order to meet this fourth industrial revolution changes,early2013Germany Hannover industrial exhibitions, Germany Education andIndustrial and economy has instilled “Industrial4.0” terminology, to lead Germanyinto the first country awareness of the revolution changes. Fourth Generationindustrial revolution is based on high digital edges, internet and even automatedsystem for assembly as a base terminology for the industrial revolutions.Intelligent production system is the fundamental for a high intelligent industrialautomated production factory, as human demands highly on full industrialautomations. Automated system has to have new innovations in order to achieve forthe industrial automations demands for new changes, this in terms will help toresolve the complexity of industrial production progress, a manageable and effectiveresolutions, and this is one of the “Industrial4.0” intelligent factory automationskey point.In this articles, first we have to introduce the scenario research anddevelopments background, research present proceed and the progressing status.Base on present analysis, industrial application using control systems software dohave some questionable problem which arises this articles key research objectiveand meaningful achievements.Due to this roll coater system for sputtering special demands need, this articles will introduce the PAC hardware system platform for automation control withautomation control software design fundamentals. This software and the hardwarematch up is specially for this system in order to achieve the project programdemands for the software features and also this software don’t need tore-engineering the basic control feature for the future as this project program willhave all features developed at one time and this system control software platformwill be terms as SCSP.In this articles, platform system software engineering is base on roll coatersputtering high precision controls need and high speed data acquisitions and belowthis special features:high speed data acquisitions and storage,200Mb/sec continuous data storageWide area network (WAN) system acquisition and control, all system andcomponents will be control and acquisition by wide networking at high speedcommunications.Free and easy programmable features, progress status, particular acquisitionsystem, storage, etc. all can be programmable and featured, also easy for systemengineer and end user flexibilities needs.System emulation and progress real time, programmable for system emulationat any time during system emulation is in progress, at the same time systemable to achieve system real time operations.This articles objective research program, applies QT platform for thedevelopments, base on LUA programming language as the tools, also data andnetwork will also interface with HTML, SVG, XML, data storage,etc. featureswill base on MVC design fundamental to attain display flow, high speed storage data read/write, data analysis, hardware simulations, program flow editable andemulation features.Subsequence introduction will introduce software system structure and also theterminology application, example: graphical face design, networking technology,data storage feature, inline terminology,etc. also will introduce software keymodular design terminology, example: active flow, programmable displaygraphic, programmable testing terminology, hardware and data flow real time,data acquisition display and alarm/safety design features.
