Since We Media has been born, with its diverse and generalization, personalized, interactive strong and so on characteristics, in the dissemination of information, interpersonal communication, network marketing has played an important role, has become a hot academic research. Profit problems We Media more and more by the industry and the attention of scholars, domestic and foreign scholars have conducted a lot of research, related research but for We Media profitable core--profit strategy, in China is still in relatively blank stage, at the same time, the research object is also relatively concentrated in enterprises. Based on this reason, this paper selects the non-profit organization We Media, enterprises and individuals We Media as the research object, through the investigation and study method and case analysis, in-depth understanding of the influence factors of the profit We Media, it has a very good reference value for the realization of the profit We Media.In this study different We Media as the background, using literature analysis, questionnaire survey research method of combining, for factors influencing the profit, the existing problems, customer value proposition, the audience for detailed analysis, the main conclusions drawn are as follows:(1) Since the factors that influence We Media profit has four, include:fun, rewarding, interaction andpersonality.(2) Interaction is the realization of based We Media profit, interest and personality needs at minimal cost, and the benefits of the most significant effect.(3) Non profit organizations since the most prominent problem facing We Media is lack of interest.(4) The main problems of state owned enterprises We Media, foreign enterprises We Media, private enterprises We Media are poorer interaction, not enough personality and return no more.(5) Star We Media, big V We Media and grass roots We Media issues involved in taste, in return, the interaction and the four aspects of personality are.
