Monitoring of water quality is the principal foundation and the crucial phase of environment governance.In our contry,It has essential meaning and global significance in the protection and governance of water environment.It is the most priority job to Chinese government,such as Environmental Protection Bureau and Water Conservancy Bureau etc.However,the traditional method which is inefficient and unable to operate continuously,cannot resolve the water pollution accident. In recent years, a few of online monitoring systems have been implemented, but those systems still can not fulfill the domestic demand, because of functional limitations.Based on the research of majority system domesticly and international,in order to solve the primal problem existing in our country,this thesis designs and implements the water quality monitoring software which follow the national standards and adapts to the local situation. Supported by information and technology, the software realizes real-time data collecting and controlling function and non-blocking transfer function, which are more efficiently.The main research work and achievement as follows(1) Using the J2EE framework,this thesis implements and construct the water quality monitoring system software-structures.Proved by experiment, the structure is scalability and flexible, which contains application support layer, business management layer, access control layer and data resources layer.(2) This thesis realizes the communication mechanism which based on Java NIO and proposes a schedule algorithm which is practical and effectively.(3) This thesis design and realizes a data synchronous sharing mechanism.(4) This thesis design and realizes the report and map display by system tools,reduces the complexity of the construction of the relevant software-system.On the basis of the above research, the author develops a new water quality monitoring software-system which improves the efficiency of monitoring work.This thesis designs and implements the water quality monitoring system, uses the architecture with high efficiency methods and technology, meets the demand of relevant departments, advantageously promotes the development of automatic monitoring software-system in water environmental protection industry.
