Research And Implementation Of Asset Management And Cost Accounting For Virtual Resources Based On Cloud Computing Platform

This paper is about exploring cloud service commercial operation mode based on the open source CloudStack cloud platform. The main content is the study and implementation of asset management and cost accounting of virtual resources.CloudStack system is resource-oriented system. You can create a virtual cloud resources on the physical resources, but it does not make commercial operation. And the nteractive interface for business users is not friendly. For cloud service providers to carry out their own cloud services business, this paper analyzed and understood the basis for CloudStack system, built a unified portal system and consisted of it together with the CloudStack cloud service systems.In the unified portal system, the paper researched and implemented the module about the asset management and the cost accounting of virtual resources. The asset management achieve the commercialization and customization of cloud services, through the establishment of the service catalog. It also was associated with the interface in CloudStack system to achieve the purchase of creating and changing cloud services and virtualization resources on the physical resources through the establishment of order and work order modules of cloud services. By adding rules about operating cloud resources instances, the system achieved a more effective management and more convenient, in line with the actual operation habits of cloud resources on the basis of CloudStack. The cost accounting module allows business users to understand their bill details through the establishment of a cloud service orders module. And by constructing the account books modules, it allowed business users and cloud service provider to know the details of their income and expenditure.In line with the unified portal system functions, the CloudStack system improved. This paper realized a report showing the amount of change on the physical resources based on the usage module of CloudStack system. So that the cloud service provider can watch of the total and the current trends of virtual resources occupying physical resources.
