Resource sharing is an excellent pursuit of human being for long. As the progressof informationalization, users created lots of database and restored information resource. In the way of informationalization, main users constructed one when required one, finally information isolated island are caused. So people suggested an unified portal distributed resource library in order to use distributed resource efficiently.An unified portal distributed resource library is suggested based on recent research, and that is Second Agent Distributed Resource Library, which manage physical resource library and resource directory center, this mechanism avoids to destroy existed running well distributed resource. Agent is manager as well as mender of resource directory center, and it helps users to search resource and synchronize transaction. So the mechanism makes information system become low coupling, flexible and extensible. This paper designs an analog system to demonstrate the mechanism of distributed resource library. This analog system uses SOA technology and WCF of Microsoft.NET platform.As so on, we encounter the problem in distributed resource library as following. Searching resource wastes too much time to cause heavy load of system. In this paper second agent can synchronize resource directory center to distributed resource library, and make sure that users search resource from resource directory center firstly. So this problem can be solved because the time wasted less than before. When users get resource in resource directory center, the control right is turned to resource library nodes which supply resource to users. So the problem about too heavy load of system is also solved.Recently it is becoming a research hotspot that how to use existed distributed resource by unified portal mechanism. This paper suggests a mechanism to resolve this problem based on recent research. This mechanism has characteristic such as low coupling, flexible and extensible, and it could be a reference for researching in unified portal distributed resource.
