The Research, Analysis And Application Of Situstion Awareness Based On Equipment Virtual Maintenance Training

As an important part of the training, the equipment maintenance training is the direct means and key methods to improve the technical level of the maintenance training personnel. Currently, the outline of our maintenance training program is broad to some extent, and in the organization of the equipment maintenance training, the training courses are often carried out based on past experience, such as training time and training methods. However, in terms of new equipment, the training methods that rely on the experience are clearly limited. Therefore, the researchers focus on the cognitive process of the essential content during the equipment maintenance training. From the perspective of situation awareness, we study and explore the cognitive rules of the typical equipment maintenance training in order to seek the scientific, rational, objective theoretical basis of the training methods. The main contents of this paper include the following three points:(1) The study of the basic situation cognitive rules. The relationship between cognition and situation awareness is introduced. The basic concepts of meta-knowledge are defined, and the basic cognitive rules of the typical equipment maintenance training based on cognitive experiments are discussed. What’s more, we put forward the method of situation cognitive experiments based on the meta-knowledge of maintenance training and the maintenance training content.(2) The analysis of the situation awareness experiments based on the meta-knowledge of the maintenance training. The situation of cognitive research methods are summed up and the meta-knowledge maintenance training are analyzed. With the situation awareness, abstracting cars, we selected the appropriate number’s users as experimental subjects in some target population, and carried out the90groups of typical meta-knowledge’s situation awareness experiments. Through SPSS13.0and Exce12013, the experimental data is statistically processed and analyzed.(3) The analysis of the situation awareness experiments based on the maintenance training content. In the process, under the training of Bike Disassembly3D, we selected the appropriate number’s users as experimental subjects in some target population, and carried out the30groups of the typical situation awareness experiments based on the maintenance training content. Through SPSS13.0and Exce12013, the experimental data is statistically processed and analyzed.
