Under information-based terms, equipment safeguard situation changes in diversity, fuzzy and uncertainty. In this dissertation, the author attempts to combine the Cloud model with Adaptive Neural Fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS) for the situation assessment of equipment support based on the index system of dissipative structure theory and reserches on the quantificational adaptive evaluation method and model of equipment support. In the comprehensive comparison of the research on the basis of the existing situation assessment technology at home and abroad, the basic principle and key points of modeling of Cloud model and ANFIS is studied. Selected the suitable key parameters for assessment of equipment support modeling according to trial calculation. Based on the theory of dissipative structure and requirement of evaluation index, qualitative and quantitative determination criterion of equipment safeguard is given at each level. Combined with the actual equipment safeguard situation, index system of assessment is established. The fuzzy assessment model based on Cloud model and single and recursive ANFIS based on Cloud model of assessment is put forward. The research of algorithm and application of ANFIS based on Multidimensional Normal Cloud model in situation assessment is conducted. Stability of the system is analysised. Cloud model combined with Dynamic Fuzzy Neural Network (D-FNN) is used for the optimization of system parameters. It tries to put forward a new method and train of thought of solve the problem of the overfitting-overtraining and method of trial and error in complex target system of Fuzzy System and Neural Network.Through reasoning and simulation software, Mamdani model based on the normal distribution of membership evaluation model and the normal Cloud model fuzzy logic evaluation model is simulatively realized. Try to using ANFIS based on Multidimensional Normal Cloud model situation assessment model for modeling of dissipative structure system. Performance indexes of model on Membership functions and classification and quantity of Fuzzy rules is simulated, tested and analysis researched. Single-stage ANFIS based on Cloud model of equipment security situation assessment is elaborated and simulated. Using the simulation data, learning ability and fault tolerance of Single-stage ANFIS based on cloud model is verified primarily.
