Algorithm Design Of Situation Assessment Oriented To Network Security Situation Assessment System

The study of network security situation is an emerging network security research in the recent years, it is one of the focus of information security. Network security situation is the reflect the overall of the network security, it can improving the emergency response capabilities of the whole network system,relieving the harm caused by cyber attacks,finding potential malicious intrusions, and improving the ability of the system to fight back.In order to alleviate the increasingly serious problem of network security, we can use assessment technology of the network security situation, optimized the factors that affect network security in advance. We can resolving the network security situation assessment by analyzing the indicators of network security situation, getting an assessment level by some assessment algorithm after quantitative some indicators. Reasonable assessment algorithm directly affects the accuracy of the final results of the assessment, so what kind of assessment method was used is focal point that the study of network security situation. This assessment method is selected as the main contents, we carefully studied the variety of evaluation algorithm, ultimately, chose the support vector machine approach to network security situation assessment. The main contents are as follows:First, briefly introduced the situation of network security assessment system, explained the principle and basic structure, described the overall design,framework,workflow and the main features of the system information。Second, selected several traditional assessment methods according to the characteristics of network security, introduced the principle, analyzed the characteristics.Then, we try to used support vector machine technology in network security situation assessment, selected an artificial neural network application of assessment methods for comparison with them, and used a lot of experimental data in the training model, tested some of the data. The results show that the SVM method with higher efficiency than other methods, and have a more accurate results.Finally, our forecast for the network security situation put forward new ideas, used SVM on the network security situation is predicted, the results show that by using the SVM we can more accurately predict the future time network security situation.
