With the rapid development of microelectronics technology, the data acquisition has beenwidely used, the improvement of the accurate results including the accuracy of the sensorsensitivity and the acquisition method. The higher sensor sensitivity often has higher prices, ahigh-precision signal acquisition method based on isolation presentes in this paper.According to the system requirements and technical specifications, this thesis introducesthe multi-channel data acquisition system design plan, based on the study of the multi-channeldata acquisition, the signal isolation, and the USB bus, and describes in detail a multi-channeldata acquisition system based on a combination of signal isolation and FPGA technologyincluding hardware circuit design, isolation design and signal integrity analysis. The hardwaredesign of system adopts modular, highly integrated and reliability design ideas. The systemuses a separate power supply mode of the analog part and digital part, as the core of theanalog signal isolation the design of the Analog part completes the signal conditioning, themulti-channel switching and the isolation of analog signals. As the core design of the digitalpart, the Isolation of the digital part includes the circuit devices, the logic control, and the dataprocessing. In addition, the signal is filtered system based dspbuilder platform data processing.The system uses the cadence to make signal integrity analysis, to improve the quality of signaltransmission.Finally, this paper presentes a functional testing and verification of signal isolation, andalso gives the results analysis and processing. The test results verify that the isolated dataacquisition methods to meet the design requirements.
