| In recent years, with the development of e-commerce and the emergence of third-party Logistics Company, China’s modern logistics industry is flourishing. Delivery service as a core part is one of the key aspects of logistics activities in all aspects of logistics. Logistics monitoring and dispatching platform for smart urban transport logistics shares logistics information, thereby reducing costs, maximizing efficiency to enhance logistics and distribution and helpinglogistics enterprises to achieve more revenue.However, logistics costs still accounts for a large part of the domestic economic spending, which is not conducive to the development of China’s economy and society. Meanwhile, the current logistics monitoring and dispatching platform based on the location can not be real-time, dynamic scheduling. Based on the mobile Internet, mobile communications and satellite communications technology, this paper designs and implements the logistics monitoring and dispatching platformbased on the mobile terminal. Specific studies are as follows:1) Analyses logistics delivery, mobile devices and the main locationing and navigation-related technologies for the logistics monitoring and dispatching platform based on mobile terminal. Through analysis of the mobile terminal technology, market and cost, choose Android-based mobile terminal. Subsequently, throughthe analysis of wireless location technology, choose GPS, WIFI and the base station hybrid positioning as the positioning solution of the mobile terminal.2) Design the overall architecture of the logistics monitoring and dispatching platform. Firstly, analysesthe current situation and needs of the platform, designs physical structure, logic functions and data flow of the platform, and divides into four modules, namely mobile platform, scheduling platform, database and monitoring platform. Subsequently, detailed designs of each module to determine the workflow of each module, designes the database table structure, establishesthe logistics scheduling model.3) Implements the logistics monitoring and scheduling platform. First, according to the platform’s design, implements each module of the platform. Implements the communication function of the mobile terminal and scheduling platformthroughAndroid platform, and implements the monitoring platform and scheduling platformthrough B/S architecture.Implements order allocation algorithm of the scheduling platform,thereby matching the the logistics vehicles and logistics ordersreal-timeand dynamically.4) Testingand verifyingthe logistics monitoring and scheduling platform. By building a test environment and designing the testing process, tests and verifies the system. The results show that the function of the platform is normal, and performanceis good, the interaction between the various modulesis normal; besides, the platform has good feasibility and reliability. |
