With the development of China’s economy, the traditional single-function logistics cannot meet the development of enterprise, and even to some extent restrict the development ofenterprise. Therefore, in recent years the rise of the “modern logistics” construction, namelythrough the supply chain partners to share data, knowledge and information, will be the keylogistics process converts to the customer as the center of a series of communications,computing and technology. And along with our country market economy reform depthincreasing, customer for the logistics efficiency, transparency, security, raised tallerrequirement. Therefore, in this context, the construction that modern logistics can not bedelayed.This paper, based on the status of the tobacco industry logistics, analyzes the supplychain between the tobacco industry and commerce enterprise’s features, to meet the demandsof the modern logistics, and design the modern logistics system. This system implements datasharing between businesses and the connection between supply chain and so on. Focus onin-depth study on supply chain logistics and scheduling issues, this paper established heuristicscheduling model vehicle, and solve vehicle scheduling model and the path search model, geteffective programs with cars and driving directions. At the same time the introduction ofhigh-tech products GPS electronic lock to transform business processes in the paper, itimproves logistics and in-transit security. The main contents of this study include thefollowing:(1)In the point of logistics scheduling, combined with the actual situation of tobaccoindustry logistics scheduling, the distribution of tasks id divided into two which based on howmuch freight, and establishes a single-task scheduling model and multi-task scheduling model.And on this basis, it also studies the path search model, uses the group scheduling heuristicalgorithm to search path for the multi-task scheduling model. For the single-task schedulingmodel, it uses A*algorithm for optimal path search and exemplified.(2) In the logistics monitoring, on the base of the current popular logistics monitoringmodel, introduced the tobacco logistics GPS electronic locks, combined with the existingGPS,GIS and related software development technology, it re-design for logistics monitoringmodel and transform the business process to meet the demands of the logistics in-transitsecurity and transparency. (3)In system design, combined with the tobacco industry specific business requirements,this paper designs and implements the appropriate business models, and makes a number ofnew business concepts and business models, streamlines business processes, improves theoperational efficiency.At last, combined with the actual situation of the system operation, it verifies thefeasibility and efficiency of the logistics scheduling model,greatly improves the efficiency oflogistics scheduling, saves logistics costs, improves customer satisfaction, but also enhancesthe competitive force.
