China is located in eastern Asia, the land boundary line length of2.2km, with14countries border, and it is the longest land border line and the most neighboring countries. Real-time intelligent monitoring of the borderline of the abnormal situation has become an urgent demand of national defense. Our country is vast in territory, the environment is complex, the current lack of reliable sensing monitoring system to adapt to complex environments.The thesis topic comes from the cooperation with the Chinese Academy of Sciences Networking Center’s Xinjiang border project, according to the power supply and heat, cold wind and other harsh environment factors, it uses wireless broadband systems and intelligent positioning system combined with the implementation of monitoring anomalies and abnormal information capture. The whole system is composed of solar power supply, develop a master-slave serial communication protocol, through the chain of cognitive radio system transmission control and alarm information and use the camera monitor screen shot abnormal position. I participated in the intelligent electronic fence positioning system’s needs analysis, program design and architecture design, innovative use of balanced detection mechanism proposed and designed a new passive angle sensing devices, and applications quasi distributed parameter detection technology, through the dual-channel AD alternating high-speed sampling, high-speed counting and peak detection algorithm to extract passive sensing information. It ensures reliable operation at high temperatures, arctic, wind, rain, snow, lightning and other harsh environments, and need very low power consumption.This thesis is the research and hardware of intelligent electronic fence positioning system based on STM32. In order to achieve the design target, the paper contains preliminary investigation, the overall scheme design, selection of the chips, module circuit design and testing. The system includes a low-power supply, the control module, signal pre-processing module, one to many routing unit, high-speed counting unit and a signal processing unit, and through communication controller to send a message to the upper layer.Intelligent electronic fence positioning system has a variety of detection and judgment, to achieve the alarm accurate and low power consumption, long distance targets. Now in a military frontier is on trial.
