China is located in the east of Asia, who has the world’s most land-based neighbors of14, the longest border of2.2million kilometers and most complex condition of the boundary. It is an urgent need that the real-time intelligent monitoring has been employed in the exception cases of border. However, it is a lack of a reliable and sensible monitoring system that could adapt to complex environment since Chinese territory is vast with complex environment, and the area of border is even sparsely populated with poor conditions.This paper comes from the cooperated program with The Center of Chinese Academy of Sciences, whose system mainly applies in the frontier area of Xinjiang. Through linear multi-hop transmission system with wireless broadband, this real-time monitoring system obtains evidence of exception cases in the result of video pictures. Besides, it can works well in bad weather such as extremely hot or severe cold, even in the case of a limited power supply. It turns out effective in the monitoring, capture and transmission of exception cases of border, and the abnormal points with its relative information such as pictures could be uploaded correctly to the control center.This paper shows the demand analysis, the project design and the architecture design of the electronic fence. The software design of the system includes the whole Software Process, the initialization, the position module of total length, the position module of adaptive counting latency, the position module of high sample rate, the position module of abnormal cut-off of sensor and the communication module. The project group proposed fence level obliquity sensor monitoring and pulse echo location scheme, dual channel AD alternating high-speed sampling mode and proposed a variety of high reliability of the composite algorithm, can affect the accuracy of wind, rain and snow filtering due to environmental factors such as produce, quasi did real abnormal sensing information extraction. This paper also innovatively proposed a distributed sensing network abnormal circuit information detection method, through the joint monitoring of soft and hardware, realized the information extraction and fault location information of sensor network abnormal circuit when the upload. The hardware system and the software design of low power operation are also considered to ensure the reliable work in solar energy power supply under the condition of low power consumption, improve energy utilization.This paper has completed the electronic fence intelligent positioning scheme design and software realization based on high performance STM32microprocessor, the author completed the system requirement analysis, design, and system software design and test work, using a variety of detections and many ways of judgment, realizing the accurate alarm, to adapt to harsh environment, monitoring of long distance and low power consumption targets.
