Research And Implementation Of Infrastucture Management System In Smart Community

With the growth of economy and the improvement of people’s living quality, people want to have a better life in the community. How to improve the management of community has become an urgent problem to be solved. Smart community now is a very important research direction. The smart community provides a safe, comfortable, convenient, modern and intelligent living environment through the integrated application of networking, cloud computing, mobile Internet and other information technology. It is a new form community and it provides informationalized and intelligent community management service. Infrastructure is the base of the smart community and infrastructure management is a critical part of the smart community. An important application of smart community is making a charging system of water, electricity, gas, telephone and TV with the Internet of things, the remote reading system is the core subsystem of it, its infrastructure is the base of smart community. The paper shows the design and construction of infrastructure management platform in smart community through making remote reading system.The infrastructure management system is divided into three parts. They are property management, equipment management and payment management. The property management subsystem establishes property management mode and conducts hierarchical management. The property management department as a basic function can be used in all infrastructure management system. The equipment management subsystem has the function of information management, equipment configuration, equipment control and data acquisition to meter and the gateway. It provides three methods of data collection. They are time collecting, manually collecting and manual input. The payment management provides a variety of pricing strategy and preferential ways, residents can buy water, electricity and gas through the payment management services conveniently.Firstly, this paper introduces the research background, research significance and research contents. Secondly it introduces the technology which is used in system. It details the Internet of things. Thirdly, the paper details analysis of system. Then it details system design, including hardware design and software design. Finally, it details the system implementation and system test. It details the key process and test case.
