Design And Implementation Of The Background System Of Smart Community Platform

With the continuous development of human society, the cities will carry more and more population in the future. At present, our country is in the period of accelerated development of urbanization, "urban disease"is becoming more and more serious in some cities. In order to solve this problem and realize the sustainable development of the city, the construction of smart city has become an irreversible historical trend. And the construction of smart community is the foundation of smart city and the future trend of development. Smart community is a new form of community which makes full use of Internet of Things, cloud computing,mobile Internet and other new generation of information technology to provide a more modern and intelligent living environment for residents.At present, there is no unified standard for the construction of smart community, its development direction and development model is still in a stage of exploration.Based on the rapid development of mobile Internet technology, this paper designed and implemented the background system of a smart community platform. The main functions of this system include intelligent property management and a community forum. The system provides services in the form of open interfaces to the mobile client, the WeChat official accounts as well as the Web front end of the property management system. Intelligent property management mainly provide community services for community residents and property management personnel, such as property payment service, property notification service,property maintenance service, etc. Community forum module provide community residents a platform for online communication. The system realizes the business process of each function module which is involved in the "smart community platform", and it is the business processing core of the entire platform.This paper firstly introduces the background and significance of this study. Then the present situation of the smart community is analyzed and summarized. Through the investigation and analysis of the existing market smart community products on the market, the main research contents and objectives of this paper are determined. Then, we study the system's requirement analysis, system structure and function in detail. On the basis of requirement analysis, detailed design and coding implementation are carried out, and the development of each function module of the system is completed. Finally, the system :deployment and testing are carried out, and the functional integrity of the system is verified through the system function test.
