With the rapid development of industry, the speed of product upgrading has become animportant factor of company development. Only by constantly improving their response tomarket demands, shortening the product design cycle and reducing design andmanufacturing costs, can enterprises seek a place in the fierce competition. Based on ananalysis of design resource reusable technology theory and method, this dissertationaddresses the problems in the process of product design by taking part of X-ray system asthe research object, and conducts an in-depth study of the knowledge framework andimplementation methods of design resource reusable theory by applying the idea of systemand integration.Considering the problems of customer demands’ abstraction and variation andmechanical products’ complication and uncertainty during product design procedure, thisdissertation builds a demands restrained reusable design resource configuration flow chartbased on enterprise usable design resource. Integrating the product information of customerrequirements, product development and product evaluation into a unified module. Thismodule can achieve knowledge obtaining, reusing and evaluating in design process, so canachieve design resource reusing, reduce design difficulty, and shorten design cycle.Considering the feature of multilevel and personalized customer demands, modular,reusable design resource and multi-level matching relationships between customer demandsand design resources during product design process, this dissertation builds a reusable designresource customer modular configuration model based on similarity analysis. This modeldivides demands and product into several levels and modules, and completes theconfiguration between demands and product module in the method of similarity matrices andsimilarity analysis, helps designer quickly find the design resource which can match thedesign needs, reuses the design resource effectively and reduces design cost.Considering the problems in multiple solutions of product design, complexity ofproduct evaluation, and risk of product improvement, this dissertation presents a productfitness evaluation index system, project improve method of crossover and aberrant operator,and presents modular product multi-level configuration model based on design resourcereuse combining with above research content. This model uses various of methods, majorly researches design resource reuse contents based on knowledge obtaining, reusing andevaluating, achieves the update of product module and model library, and reducerepeatability works in design process.To conclude, combining the research process, method and result with X-ray systemresearch and development, and then verify feasibility and availability that the dissertationpresented.
