With the development of the global economy, market competition becomes increasingly fierce and the customer's individual requirements become more and more personalized. So full using of existing enterprise resources, improving product design efficiency and shortening product design and manufacturing cycles, quickly and accurately responding to customer demand are important means to ensure manufacturing enterprises remain invincible.In the dissertation, modeling of non-standard module configuration instance reuse, Extraction of non-standard module configuration rule based on the Rough Set and non-standard module progressive configuration design based on knowledge feedback are investigated. Based on the theories and methods presented in this dissertation, modular intelligent configuration design system is developed, and it is applied in CNC equipment design process, and achieved good results.The dissertation main contents as follows:In the first chapter, the dissertation summaries and reviews the development of the theory, status of research and practical application of design technology of quick response to customer's demands, described the research background the content and significance, and describes the research background, content and significance.In the second chapter, the dissertation investigates the actualization and application of modeling of non-standard module configuration instance reuse in detail. First, the process of product design and production of non-standard design are introduced, and then according to characteristics of non-standard module, a non-standard module configuration instance reuse model is established by non-standard module N section code, non-standard module configuration instance reusable units and SML technology. On this basis, the non-standard module configuration instance reuse is realized through the non-standard module configuration instance similarity search and other methods. Finally, as the case of column module of HMS125 CNC horizontal machining center, the non-standard module configuration instance reuse process is described in detail.In the third chapter, the dissertation investigates the technology of extraction of non-standard module configuration rule based on the Rough Set. First, the basic and features of the rough set theory are described in detail, and then the source, classification, expression of non-standard module configuration rules are elaborated. On this basis, the technology of extraction of non-standard module configuration rule based on the Rough Set is achieved by attribute reduction algorithm based on distinct matrix. Finally, as the case of column module of HMS125 CNC horizontal machining center, the effectiveness of the method is demonstrated.In the fourth chapter, the dissertation presents the technology of non-standard module progressive configuration design based on knowledge feedback. Firstly, the progressive nature of non-standard module configuration process is analyzed and the status of configuration knowledge is defined. Then, Product Configuration Knowledge Unit (PCKU) is defined and the process of generation and feedback of the Product Configuration Template (PCT) is analyzed, and the knowledge feedback of the progressive configuration process is realized at the base of Rough Set, Verification Product Configuration and the matching sort sequence of configuration design. Thus the product configuration knowledge updated dynamically is realized. Lastly, the process of non-standard module progressive configuration design under dynamic environment is analyzed, and the technology of non-standard module progressive configuration design based on knowledge feedback is realized.In the fifth chapter, a equipment modular intelligent configuration design system is developed based on the theory and method discussed above. What's more, this system has been applied in CNC equipment design process. It reveals that the theory and methods mentioned above possess both feasibility and practicability.In the sixth chapter, all achievements of the dissertation are summarized, and the future research direction are expected.
