Design And Implementation Of Fengxian Electrical Power Supply Company Anti-Electricity-Stealing System

It is an emergent task for Fengxian Electrical Power Supply Company to construct effective counter-measure against electricity-stealing. For this objective the anti-electricity-stealing management system is developed for the Power Supply Company. The system’s long-term objective is to implement effective support for the company to counter electricity stealing activities for specific customers and industries.The information system’s functional requirements include data collection, electricity-stealing data analysis based on electrical power production and service data analysis and anti-electricity-stealing comprehensive information management, etc. Data collection function collects the power-supply area’s electrical power supply companies and their customers’ electricity service data. Data analysis function uses electricity-stealing indexes to find and confirm electricity-stealing events, summarizes the information from history data, and gives subdivided electricity-stealing features processing according to different industries. Data analysis function also conducts compared analysis and unusual event recognition to the data output by CMS and PMS system, and calculates different areas’string lost value. Comprehensive information management function builds local area’s typical anti-electricity-stealing working platform information and provides anti-electricity-stealing case database for senior managers. This system is implemented with J2EE and Oracle and the paper presents the software’s design structure, database scenario and main programs coding.The real running result of the system is stable and it does improve the company’s efficiency and promptly reaction to anti-electricity-stealing activities. Practices in this system’s testing shows that it can significantly enhance the institute’s anti-electricity-stealing effects and efficiency.
