Design And Implementation Of Xuzhou Electrical Power Company Stealing Countermeasure Management System

This thesis discusses the stealing countermeasure management system of Xuzhou Electrical Power Company The system is developed for one of the urgent tasks of the company, and the target is to support the company to counter electricity stealing activities of some customers.This information system’s function requirements include data collection, electricity-stealing data analysis based on electrical power production and service data analysis and Stealing countermeasure comprehensive information management, etc. Data collection function collects information of this area’s electrical power supply companies and their customers’electricity service data. Data analysis function uses power-stealing indexes to find and confirm power-stealing events, summarizes the information from historical data and gives subdivided power-stealing features processing according to industries differences. Data analysis function also conducts compared analysis and unusual event recognition to the data output by CMS and PMS system, and calculates different areas’ line lost value. Comprehensive information management function builds local area’s typical stealing countermeasure working platform information and provides Stealing countermeasure case database for senior managers. This system is implemented with J2EE and Oracle, and the thesis discusses the software’s design structure, database scenario and programs implementation.The real running result of the system is good and it does improve the company’ s efficiency and promptly reaction to Stealing countermeasure activities.
