Nowadays, the optimization of mobile communication network has been the key point of the development of mobile communication industry. As an important part of the optimization of mobile communication network, the optimization of the adjacent regions in mobile communication aims at finding the relationship between adjacent regions of the optimal communication regions, thus the mobile communication equipment in the service regions can be moved from one region to another and the communication service can be uninterrupted as well. It is also an important factor of which mobile communications can be "mobile". With the reasonable utilization of the computer technology, trying to reduce maintenance costs of the optimization of mobile communication adjacent regions and improve the efficiency of optimization meets the needs of the enterprises and the society.In this paper, considering the demand of the optimization of adjacent regions from Ericsson communication co., LTD and on the basis of an in-depth research in the software framework technology and design patterns, I design and implement an adjacent regions optimization system based on traffic statistical data in mobile communication network with the principles of high cohesion, low coupling, high reuse rate and flexibility of software. It summarizes and targeted introduces the main involved technology and tools, and it expounds the whole software development life cycle of the adjacent regions optimization system systematically in this paper.In this paper, the adjacent regions optimization software system uses the Spring framework, which is a lightweight development framework in the Java EE platform and is suitable for enterprise applications. Meantime, the system is based on the B/S architecture thus it is convenient for the access and use of cross-platform and cross-browser. Besides, with the full use of the server resources of high quality, the system can improve the efficiency of the optimization of adjacent regions.The hierarchical design of the system can reduce the complexity of the system effectively, and it helps different developers complete their division of labor based on the characteristics of their technical skills. Using the dependency injection and aspect oriented mechanism of Spring framework, it reduces the invasion of the platform code to business logic and achieves the dynamic configuration of the function of software. Through integrating the mapping mechanism of the persistence layer framework of MyBatis, it reduces the access difficulty of business code to the database, and with the smart mapping of stored procedure in database, it solves the implementation issues of the adjacent regions optimization algorithm. Furthermore, the design and development of the system follows the principle of high maintainability, scalability and component reusability.In the end, the developed and strictly tested software system meets the needs of users and achieves the scheduled goal. Being used in the practical optimization of adjacent regions, the software system is highly appreciate by the communication network optimization engineer for its usability and reliability, and it makes an important contribution for the optimization of the mobile communication network.
