The rapid development of online education based on resources promotes the teaching reform of colleges and universities. The schools are actively to build their own quality course website. By analyzing the current problems existing in the construction, the paper first discusses the current status of construction exquisite course website of university, and lead to the necessity of the construction of CMS. After that, it introduces the concept, development and current situation of CMS. At the same time, it presents concept, advantages of SSH, and discusses how it practices the basic ideas of software engineering.
