The Research And Realization Of Electric Power Load Management System

With the high-speed development of national economy, power load increases fast.The control and management of power load in dispatching of grid becomes more andmore important. At present, the load management system has been already widelyused, and makes good result. On this basis, to expand the system function andimprove the application level of the data, becomes the direction of systemdevelopment. In this paper, a new load management system is proposed, focusing ondata application, as well as function expanding and data resource sharing. Also, thedesigning and realizing of the system are introduced in detail.The paper firstly introduces the system structure of load management system,and then analyzes the demand of system function expanding. As a result, a power loaddata application plan and an open customer information system are established. At theend, it finished the design of the function modules including electric power feemanagement, electric power quality monitor and electricity larceny analysis.
