Design And Implementation Of Structured Electronic Medical Record Systems Of First Hospital Of Kashgar

Along with deepening into medical and health system reformation continuously, information system management and construction is paid more and more attention by the hospital. Electronic Medical Records (EMR) is an inevitable trend in hospital medical records informationization and modernization management. Combining with professional specialist characteristics, Our hospital implements information sharing, high working efficiency by a structured electronic medical records, and on-line using the latest electronic medical records and achieved satisfactory results. Electronic medical record system is a software system, mainly used for patient information collection, processing, storage and other related services, it is the carrier of patient information and is at the heart of Clinical information science.In this paper, structured electronic medical record system is summarized, we analyze the existing problems which people may encounter in hospital when they use the electronic medical records system, then, based on the background of the hospital information management and solving difficulties of the project, we propose the formation from an EMR system to the information sharing in the whole hospital, study the overall module and sub-modules of the structured electronic medical record system, and discuss functional requirements to be accomplished by the various modules and sub-modules. On the basis of EMR which the Oracle back-end database supports, based on patient diagnosis and treatment information to the main line, by the implementation method of EMR system which integrates doctor’s advice, clinic, PACS and medical technology examination, clinical pathways, inspection (LIS), temperature records, nursing records and other information, finally carried by electronic medical record, we implement the integration of clinical information. Based on demand analysis, we make comprehensive investigation and research, and in the phase of detailed development, research and analyze the function of each layer. In the design of details of each function, we discuss in the functional composition, implementation method and steps of each part of the system by the form of graphics, tables, text. For the particularly important module, instructions for use are alse given. Finally, from the research and development function, the structured EMR system of our hospital is tested and trained, at the same time, the structured EMR brings convenience for health care workers of our hospital.Structured electronic MER system can adapt to the development of our hospital, its function can be expanded and extended to every corner of the hospital needs. Through the design and development of this paper, this system provides multi-angle, wide and beyond-paper medical records, which are effective tools to master the condition of patients, advantageous to diagnosis and treatment to patients, improve the work efficiency of medical staff, optimize work flow of the hospital, reduce errors, promote the improvement of the medical quality, construct the real-time control system of medical quality and improve the management efficiency and quality.
