To promote the training of cadres effectively in Anhui auditing system, Anhui Audit College (Anhui audit cadre training school) strengthen the digital campus construction to begin construction of the campus as a means of wisdom and good service for Anhui audit system of cadres training. Comply with the general campus information technology, Anhui Audit College information technology shifting from focus on campus infrastructure to the application system construction of the transition and then to focus on the application system integration application services to provide a unified intelligence campus transformation.In this paper, this phenomenon, drawing on traditional universities B/S structure of the digital orientation system based on the development of a suitable number of trainees and training of cadres to report system. In the follow software engineering concepts, based on the use of UML static modeling techniques for user needs analysis to determine the system function modules, in the realization of technically integrated campus applications according to system resources as far as possible, to ensure that students report system has a number of loosely coupled and highly portable feature requests to abandon the traditional B/S architecture extensions costly shortcomings, system design based on SSH (Spring+Struts+Hibernate) frame design and analysis, the system framework mature, good performance, stable operation. Spring IoC container is responsible for managing business logic components, persistence layer and control layer component assembly, make full use of the advantages of dependency injection, and further enhance the decoupling system, improve application scalability, reducing system reconstructed secondary development costs of new requirements, the use of B/S mode J2EE open source-style architecture and development, from the Web presentation layer, business logic and data persistence layer for system implementation and, finally, the system was tested, the current system is officially running, play a normal effect, the use of a unified data platform, so with other systems such as student management system, educational management system interface functions smoothly, running in good condition, This system can be used for the training of cadres and campus organizations digital integration.
