Research On Multi-project Management And Its Application In Telecom Operators

With the promotion of large-scale network construction projects represented by 4G network,traditional project management needs to be improved urgently.Multi-project management theory can select and rank for the priority of resource allocation in multiple projects,enabling complex project management to carry forward in order.This is very important for realizing the strategic goal of sustainable development for telecom operators.Based on the real engineering case of telecom operators,the paper makes a comprehensive and specific research on telecom operators' application of multi-project management.First of all,the paper introduces the principles of multi-project management,and highlights the project management,project organization and optimization measures in the multi-project management.The paper also makes a comprehensive analysis of the current situation of telecom operators' multi-project management,and examines problems like the inefficiencies and communication cost increase in the allocation of human resources.The thesis puts forward the thread of multi-project management ranking,and combines the evaluation system of design to determine to adopt the way of comparing in pairs to rank the weights in the judgment matrix.In addition,the weights of multiple projects are ranked according to the analytic hierarchy process so that the long-term strategic objectives of sustainable development can be consistent with the purpose of multi-project management.Finally,combined with telecom operators' 4G network construction project,the paper introduces the application of multi-project ranking management in real projects,and ranks the weight for each subproject of the 4G network through the analytic hierarchy process and establishing corresponding project evaluation system.All these measures enables the 4G network construction project to allocate resources according to the priority sequence,so that the telecom operators can maximize the benefits of 4G network construction project with limited resources.
