Computer has been very popular in the field of fiscal revenue, but computertechnology is not mature enough. So financial management is not standardized andtheoretical research is lagging behind other factors result in financial revenuemanagement the development process. Today, the rapid development of computertechnology, communication technology, multimedia technology and the integration ofnetwork technology step into a more advanced stage, greatly increases the networkbandwidth. Internet technology is mature, stability and its speed has met the applicationrequirements. These provide might and conditions for using of information technologyin the field of fiscal revenue.Jinzhou Guta Finance Bureau is responsible for management and maintenance ofindividual operators and non-tax and other financial information of all kinds ofenterprises and institutions in the area. There is an urgent need to use computertechnology to carry out a comprehensive search and management of financialinformation. This thesis is based on these work needs of Guta district and take thefinancial information management work of the Bureau of Finance as a starting point,combined with my financial management experience, using Java encode object-orientedprogramming techniques. Design and make a featured financial information search andmanagement system, including the core of the tax administration, tax administration,financial audit, financial information, statistical analysis as well as basic informationmanagement the function of the realization.System development mainly uses the Java language combined with Swingtechnology and JDBC technology and JFreeChart technology to code. Use SQLServerdatabase platform to restore data. Make detailed testing and analysis after the systemdeveloped and the results show that: research and development of the system hasachieved the expectations of the users, compliance with the relevant regulatoryrequirements.
