Application And Analysis Of Information System In Enterprise Financial Management

In today's highly respected technology world,information technology came into being.All over the world,especially in the economic field,are deeply affected by the big bang.At present,the operation and development of an enterprise is closely related to information technology,which promotes the progress of information construction.In order to develop in the era of science and technology supremacy,enterprises must incorporate information into their own strategic planning.With the rapid development of science and technology,information technology has brought many benefits and benefits to the enterprise management,saving the enterprise operating costs and improving the efficiency.There are many problems in large-scale enterprises of our country nowadays,which restrict the growth of enterprises and hinder the progress rate of enterprise informatization.Large organizations and branches are distributed all over the country and even around the world,with complex business and imperfect information sharing mechanism,which leads to poor communication problems in large enterprises.In China,enterprises are almost committed to economic transformation.The strategic planning involving many departments and upstream and downstream enterprises is a huge and complex project for an enterprise.However,a good strategic planning is of great significance to the development of a group company.It can not only reduce the management cost of the enterprise,realize the linkage between the top and the bottom,but also improve the management efficiency,especially the management of non-local companies with poor information communication.CP Group,as a large state-owned enterprise,takes the initiative to respond to the social tide and build an information platform.It hopes to realize the integration of business and finance through the creation of information system,to transition to a higher level of financial sharing through the docking of project management system and financial platform,and finally complete the transformation of financial functions of the enterprise,so that it can be established in the fierce social competition.This paper takes CP Group as an example to provide a system construction scheme for the construction planning and research of group enterprise informatization project.First of all,the importance of information construction for the development of an enterprise group is clarified.Secondly,through the analysis and summary of relevant literature at home and abroad,combined with the current situation of CP Group's financial information system,this paper analyzes the situation of the informatization construction of CP Group.Combined with CP Group's own planning of information construction objectives and requirements,from the capital,budget,management and a few major modules to build,for its detailed ERP system design.At the end of the paper,the author analyzes the possible risks of the project and puts forward suggestions for the implementation of information construction,so as to make sure the application of the project.Through the on-the-spot investigation of CP Group's informatization,we can understand its actual special needs,and design a system scheme for CP Group.Based on the theory,so as to promote its financial transformation towards informatization.The combination of theory and practice,from the case itself to the whole industry for application,is the significance of this study,but also the author's hope.
