The Design And Implementation Of University Financial Management Information System

With the rapid development of Internet technology and wide use of computer,digitalization at college also rose quickly attributes to the surprisingly fast developmentof science and technology. Construction of digital campus and informatization campusbecame a trend for modernization of college education and management. As a fundmanagement sector in college, the financial section needs to renew itself during itsdevelopment. Financial management in college is no longer a job of simple accounting,and it should get out from the "isolated information island". Thus, to provide completefinancial information for the development and decision-making in college is the toppriority for college development.In order to further improve the informatization management and thus to enhancethe capability of operation and management in college, after considering the reality ofcollege financial affairs, the author of this thesis will offer a proposal for the design offinancial management information system. It aims at the realization of high efficientmanagement that will provide auxiliary decision-making information for collegedevelopment which will become a powerful guarantee for teaching and administrationactivities.Combining financial system and informatization together with the purpose ofrealizing a complete sharing of financial information, the author designed a "CollegeFinancial Information Management System ".This system includes the following sevensubsystems: accout management,student fees management, compensation management,asset management, information management,statistics and analysis of management,andsystem configuration. This thesis will firstly introduce the technology adopted in thesystem and explain the function of each subsystem. In addition, the thesis will analyzesome problems which might occur in this system’s actual operation and it will alsoprovide some solutions to theses problems. What’s more, it is to illustrate the system’sfunctions in its realization.Finally,anevaluation of the system’s application will be given.
