Design And Implementation Of Zhongcheng Company Business Management Information System

With the company’s expanding of products variety and business, traditional management methods can’ t adapt for competition requirement. That’ s why ZhongCheng company decides to develop a new business information management system based on its matured cost management and performance theory, and combines with the company’s business characters and product features.First, this paper discusses the system’s detailed functions with the view of demand analysis. It’ s divided to three aspects:running data management, cost fee processing and business performance management. In this business information management system software design frames, the software function modules are divided to three levels. The first level is business navigation module, it generates different function view charts and data view charts according to different users’ responsibilities and roles. The second level is assembling of many transaction processing modules, including business basic information management module, which accomplish the system’s basic data installation, initialization and recovery, and also sets up and maintain cost objects and their calculating parameters; cost budget management module, which forms cost budget, calculates and sets cost control index data at the beginning of every internal management circle; cost calculation processing module, which counts the company’s activities direct cost and indirect cost, calculates and distributes indirect cost in varied phases and the end of the company’s internal management accounting circles.ZhongCheng company’s business management information system uses Microsoft.NET platform, C#language and ASP.NET to realizes applied server programming and pages programming, uses related database SQL Server2008to conduct general data processing. The software has finished testing and the users feedback is good. The system is under test running now and runs stable until now.
