Nowadays, Oil and gas are the most important resources of the world’s economic development. However, explorating oil and gas are bound to take up a lot of land, so it is very necessary to apply scientific and efficient method in the management of land. As central China’s largest oil field enterprise, since the beginning of the21st century, Jianghan oilfield had taken the informationalized means in land management, developed the Jianghan oilfield land management information system. The system uses C/S architecture design, the data stores in the client, which is a stand-alone software and needs to be installed to use. With the number of the land that the oil field owns increasing, and the well distribution become more and more widely, the system can not meet the actual need in land management. Therefore, Jianghan oilfield decides to construct a online edition of "Jianghan oilfield land management information system" based on the function of the stand-alone version of the original land management information system, in order to simplify the land management, share land information data and realize the land information symmetry in the whole oilfield.This thesis analyses the mode of the Jianghan oilfield land management, on the basis of fully understanding the oilfield daily work process, and applies the idea of software engineering, including the system requirements, system design, system implementation and system test, which are all to be clear and implemented. Last, this thesis analyses the benefit when the system carried on.System uses B/S three layer architecture design and. NET development platform, webifies the Jianghan oil field of land management information. Based on the function of original Jianghan oilfield land management information system, paper designs and implement the oilfield external payment workflow engine. Using the advanced GIS technology, ArcGIS Server and Google Earth, to implement the space positioning function. Using communication technologies(Mobile) to realize the Mobile working function in enterprise internal network. During the design phase, system gives full consideration to the safety of land management work:on the one hand, from the technical perspective, the MD5encryption, preventing SQL attacks and electronic signature are integrated into the system design; On the other hand, from oilfield internal control permissions, the users are divided into different types, users with certain permissions can only carry out specified operations, rather than make unauthorized operation; Finally, paper carries on the backend system design and development, in order to make effective management for the whole system running.Study shows that the system can meet the demand of land management work in Jianghan oilfield, and has brought great convenience for the land management work of Jianghan oilfield. After the system puts into operation, it can generate considerable economic benefits and time effectiveness and effectively promote the standardization, informatization and normalization for the land management work in Jianghan oilfield, promoting the intensive land-use.
